7-Day Easy Return Policy

At PakTeleshop.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
  • Products with a sealed package are only eligible for return if the original seal remains completely intact and unopened.
  • The product must include all original accessories, manuals, packaging, and invoices (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns if:

  • The product has been opened or used.
  • The original seal has been broken or removed.
  • The product is damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
  • The item was purchased during a clearance or final sale (unless received damaged or incorrect).

Return Shipping Charges

For approved returns, a courier handling charge of Rs. 350 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover shipping and processing costs.

If the product was delivered incorrectly or arrives damaged due to our error, we will review the case and may waive the courier deduction where applicable.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos or videos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Our support team will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your return.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed after deducting the applicable Rs. 350 courier charge.
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and order details.

Exchange Policy

Eligible products may also be exchanged for the same item, subject to stock availability and compliance with this Return Policy.
